Lahoma Gray Obituary
Lahoma Gray, 88 of Hilliard, OH departed this life on Friday May 16th, 2025, at her residence
She was born on February 3rd, 1937, in Fort Branch WV and was the daughter of the late Hassell and Ruth Carter. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Richard Charles, siblings Roger, Donald, Suzie, Opie Ray, and Janet.
Those left to cherish her loving memory include her daughters Deb and Kathy, Sister Florence and brother Larry, Grandkids: Dillon, Zackery and Shelby
After working 40 years at Radio Shack, she retired to do more traveling with her family, and spending time with her extended family in Alderson WV
Lahoma loved her grandchildren more than anything in this world. Her greatest accomplishment was becoming a Mamaw when Dillon was born. She would do anything for her grandchildren Zackery and Shelby as well. They were her life.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Akers-James Funeral Home, Logan, WV. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens at Chapmanville, WV. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the time of the service, Saturday at the funeral home.
