LaJune lived a life that was a testament to joy, love, and the beauty of family. She graciously brought light to those around her with her bubbly personality and infectious laugh, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
As a mother, LaJune exemplified what it meant to be nurturing and devoted. She took great pride in her sons, Randy and Shawn, often beaming with joy when speaking of their accomplishments. Her love knew no bounds, and she was not just a mother, but also the best secret keeper a child could wish for. Her caring nature made her a beloved figure within the family, as well as to friends who became like family over the years.
LaJune found joy in life's simple pleasures, often savoring time spent playing cards with her sister and family on Saturday nights. She also adored watching her favorite soap operas and visiting internet cafes, where she would immerse herself in both entertainment and connection. Bingo nights were another favorite pastime, where laughter and fun combined in perfect harmony.
Her loss is profoundly felt by her son, Shawn (Rachel), who will carry her spirit with him as he navigates life without her warm embrace. LaJune is also survived by sister Minnette Marsh. She is reunited in spirit with her treasured son, Randy Scott Lyons, and ex husband Paul Lyons, parents, Henry and Dorothy Hamilton, and siblings, Henry Hamilton Jr, Robert, Donald, Leroy, Melvin , Phillip, Michael, Jean. LaJune formed a circle of love that will endure through the memories they shared.
