Lamar S. Guldin, 87, of North Manheim Twp., passed away Monday, Oct. 30, at home.
Born Sept. 25, 1936, in North Manheim Twp., he was a son of the late Samuel and Mildred (Boyer) Guldin.
Lamar was a self-employed farmer and raised pigeons. He had also worked for Kegs & Kases beer distributor.
Lamar was a member of the Beckville Fish & Game Protective Association; North Ward Social Club; Pine Grove Fish & Game; and Sunny Rod & Gun Club.
In addition to his parents, Lamar was preceded in death by his brother, James Guldin, and sister, Charlotte Miller.
He is survived by his lifelong partner, Marcia "Liz" Guldin, Schuylkill Haven; stepdaughters, Melissa Huber (Stan), Easton, and Denise Bowers, Lake Wynonah; step-grandchildren, Hannah, Harry and Nathan Bowers and Jordyn and Joshua Huber; sister, Dawn Watkins, of Schuylkill Haven; several nieces and nephews, including Dennis Guldin; as well as numerous cousins, including Brian Kramer.
A Celebration of Life funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 3, at Ebling-Stabingas Funeral Home in Cressona. A viewing will be held from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
