He was born on February 20, 1960, in Lawrenceburg, IN, the son of the late Charles Clinton Cizek and Marita (Hooten) Cizek.
Lance had a passion for collecting antiques and memorabilia of all kinds. In earlier years, he enjoyed deer hunting and spending time camping in the outdoors.
He is survived by his sons, Jeremy A. (Nicolle) Cizek of Rising Sun, IN, Joshua A. (Kayla) Cizek of Dillsboro, IN, and Justin A. (Bobbi) Cizek of Lawrenceburg, IN; his sister, Tresa Huggins of Hartford City, IN; brothers, Reed (Renee) Cizek of Lawrenceburg, IN, and Mart (Beth) Cizek of Knoxville, TN. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Chloe, Eve, Haleigh, Kearstin, Kayden, Ava, Ophelia, Cami, Paris, Maci, Miley, and Corbin; and four great-grandsons.
Lance was preceded in death by his parents, Charles "Clinton" and Marita Joyce Cizek.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, IN 47001. Funeral services will begin at 4:00 PM.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
