Lance William Michaelson II, of Syracuse, Indiana, peacefully passed away into the Lord’s arms on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at the age of 55. He was surrounded by his family in his home. Because of his acceptance of Gods free salvation in January of 1991, he was embraced by his Lord and Savior for his eternal time.
He was born in Missoula, Montana on February 12, 1969, to Pamela Diane (Buell) and Lance Ureling Michaelson I. Lance married Tangi Duff on June 25, 1994. They have 6 children, Kyle Michaelson, Kody Michaelson, Kara (Coyle) Kreft, Lance Kohl Michaelson III, K’leb Michaelson and Kadi Michaelson.
Lance has 6 beautiful grandchildren, a sister, Tracy Leigh Michaelson, as well as many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in passing by his parents Lance Ureling and Pamela Diane Michaelson, grandparents, brothers, Ricky and Peter Michaelson, and a few grandchildren.
He will be remembered for his quick wit, love of animals and nature, cooking, strong work ethic and his entrepreneurial minded spirit. Lance loved his family, bonfires, documentaries on history, the mountains and anything out West, and gardening.
Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Syracuse is entrusted with the care of Lance and his family. Friends may join his family for visitation on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, at the funeral home, 1001 S. Huntington St. Syracuse, IN 46567, from 6:00pm until 7:00pm. At 7, his Life Celebration service will begin.
