Lanetta Fitts Obituary
Lanetta was a country girl at heart, full of life, caring, and strong-willed. She grew up in Flint, Oklahoma, where she spent her youth playing sports and raising and training horses alongside her brother, Bobby. She loved the outdoors and could often be found floating the river, camping, riding motorcycles, and especially riding horses. Above all else, Lanetta cherished time spent with her family and friends.
Though she is gone, her vibrant spirit and the love she shared will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her father, Bobby Shaffer SR., and brother, Bobby Shaffer JR.
She is survived by her mother, Twyla Dozier and stepfather Steven of Colcord, OK; brother, Tristen Kauffeld of Colcord, OK; nephew, Shaffer Kauffeld of Colcord, OK; life-partner, Cliff Thompson of Westville, OK; and many aunts, uncles, and extended family members.
