Lark Anne Thompson

Lark Anne Thompson, 57, passed from complications with lung surgery on July 6, 2022 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital. She was born in Wichita, KS living there, Rose Hill, KS, Louisville, KY, Penokee, KS and most recently in Oklahoma City.
Lark was a loving wife and mother and is survived by her husband, William (Bill) Thompson; her daughter, Krystina Thompson Elam and husband Alex Elam of Oklahoma City, OK; and her father, Robert Nickelson of Wichita, KS.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen Peters of Tuttle, OK.
Lark was a graduate of Jefferson County Community College and her favorite job was working there as a math tutor. Prior to that, Lark worked for several international corporations in various Information Technology positions.
She loved being a wife and mom and raising her daughter Krystina. She enjoyed riding motorcycles with her husband Bill as well as solo on her own bike. She was active in supporting motorcycle rights through both ABATE of Kansas and the Kentucky Motorcycle Assn. She also loved her animals, working with and raising several Boston Terriers while active in several Boston Terrier rescue organizations.
She touched many, many lives over the years and will be loved, grieved, but never forgotten across the years to come!
Interment will be at Resurrection Memorial Cemetery in Oklahoma City at 09:00am, 7/18/2022 after a short graveside service.
