LARRY OLANDER ALBERTS

Larry Olander Alberts, Jr. entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 6, 2025, at the age of 51. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Slidell, LA. Larry attended Southern University at New Orleans. He was employed as a Lead Audio / Visual Technician, and a former employee with Encore Group. Beloved husband of Cobye C. Alberts. Loving father of Derrion, Daisia, LaNia, and Larry, III. Son of Larry O. Alberts, Sr. and Janet Allen Alberts. Brother of Leah Alberts Solomon, Jannell E. Alberts, Jessica Alberts Eugene, and Jeniece A. Alberts. Son in law of Gregory Cosby and Edna Cosby, also survived by 2 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and numerous other family and friends. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Celebration of Life at Davis Mortuary Services, 6820 Westbank Expressway, Marrero, LA on Friday, June 20, 2025, at 11:00am.
