Born in
New Orleans, LA. Larry was the beloved son of the late Lewis E. Aleman and the late Gertrude Guess Aleman. He shared his childhood with his brothers, the late Lewis Aleman, Jr., the late Donald Aleman, Ronald Aleman, and the late Michael Aleman, who will fondly remember him for his unwavering love and support. Larry's family was the cornerstone of his life, and he took great pride in his role as a family man. His children, Renee Aleman Brockhaus and her husband Van, and Larry Aleman, Jr. and his wife Kelli, will remember their father as a guiding light and a source of endless encouragement.
The legacy of Larry's kind spirit and love of life is carried on through his grandchildren, Kayla, Tyler, Austin, Riley, Jackson, Kambry, and Chandler, and his great-grandchildren, Kylo, Kinsley, and Hazlie. Each of them was a source of immense joy for Larry, and he was a constant presence in their lives, sharing in their triumphs and offering comfort in times of need.
Larry's adventurous spirit was evident in his passion for flying. As an airplane pilot, he spent countless hours in the skies above Southeast Louisiana and the Gulf of America, expertly piloting amphibious planes. His love for aviation was matched by his enthusiasm for sports cars, boats, fishing, and hunting-interests that he often shared with friends and family members.
Larry's presence was a comfort to many, and his absence will be deeply felt by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and the many friends he made throughout his life.
As we bid farewell to Larry Eugene Aleman, Sr., we celebrate a life well-lived-a life filled with love, laughter, and the joy of shared experiences. Larry's spirit will forever soar, much like the planes he so skillfully flew, in the hearts of those who loved him.
