Larry M. Arnold

Larry M. Arnold, age 78, of Greenwood, Missouri, passed away peacefully on December 16, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on September 26, 1947, in Newport, Washington, to the late C.E. and Dorothy Arnold.

Larry was united in marriage to his loving wife, Sharon K. (Hayes) Arnold, on December 4, 1966. Their union was blessed with two daughters. Larry retired from the Union Pacific Railroad after 39 years of dedicated service. His life was anchored in his love for Jesus, his family, and his friends. He enjoyed fishing, working in his yard, watching sports and NASCAR, and attending his great-grandchildren's sporting events.

Larry is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sharon; his daughters, Kari (Mark) Devine and Melissa (Joe) Bayer; four grandchildren, Jacob, Rebecca, Darla, and Paul; and seven great-grandchildren, Kohen, Ruxin, Lucas, Corbin, Bennett, Finn, and Addie, who find comfort in knowing he is now in God's presence.

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 5, 2026, at Abundant Life Church, 414 S. Persels, Lee's Summit, Missouri 64081. The family will greet guests beginning at 9:30 a.m., with the service scheduled to start at 10:00 a.m. Visitation will follow the service. In lieu of
flowers, contributions may be made to Abundant Life Church.
