Larry Wayne Baugh, a loving and outgoing individual who found joy in the simple pleasures of life, passed away on August 22, 2023, at the age of 63. Born in Lewisburg, TN on August 31, 1959, Larry's bright spirit touched the lives of those around him, leaving behind cherished memories.
In his free time, Larry enjoyed bowling with friends and participating in pool tournaments, showcasing his competitive nature. He was a collector of shot glasses and knives each one having special memories to him. Larry spent most of his life building cabinets which he took great pride in. Larry was an individual who loved the thrill of a good wrestling match but also enjoyed relaxing to a classic John Wayne movie.
He is survived by his daughters, Tina (Quincy) Hornbeak and Lori (Jason) Hippe; his brother, William Baugh III (Betty Jackson); sister, Betty (Bill) Hillis; grandchildren, Mya Hornbeak, Emalee Hippe and Rebecca Sharp; and several nieces and nephews. Larry is preceded in death by his wife, Glinda and his parents William Floyd Baugh Jr. and Faylene Davis Baugh.
A funeral service to honor Larry's life will be held on August 28, 2023, at 1:00 pm at the Bills-McGaugh & Hamilton Funeral Home in Lewisburg, TN. Prior to the service, a public viewing will take place starting at 11:00 am and continuing until the funeral hour.
Larry Wayne Baugh will forever be remembered for his genuine love for life. May his legacy inspire us to live each day to the fullest and to never underestimate the impact of simple pleasures of life.
