Larry Baylor Obituary
A Celebration Life Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2023 at the Chapel of Nave Funeral Home with Bro. Chuck Steele and Bro Brian Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Peach Grove Cemetery
The Baylor family will receive friends on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday afternoon.
Larry entered this life on September 12, 1938 in Houston County, TN, son to the late W.H. Baylor and Nellie Claxton. Larry was a lifelong resident of Houston County and attended Patterson's Chapel Revival Center.
In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brothers; E.H. Hamilton, Bruce Hamilton, and Billy Baylor.
Survivors include his loving wife Fay Baylor, daughter; Loretta Rife; and loving son in law; Chuck Rife, as well as his loving sisters; Juanita Dowdy and Bettye Tieson. He also leaves behind his loving grandson Scott (Amber) Rife and great-granddaughter Harper Rife.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Chuck Rife, Scott Rife, Marshall Nichols, Douglas Hamilton, Marty Baylor, Riley Bryant, and Tony Baggett. Honorary pallbearers are Joy Baggett, Loretta Rife, Lisa Bradley, Nina Parchman, Linda Gunson, Stephanie Moore, Amber Rife.
