William David Baylor, 83, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026, in Bridgewater.
He was born on November 30, 1942, in Staunton, to the late William Marshall and Nancy Smith Riddick Baylor.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Hall Baylor; his daughter, Sara Baylor Hensley (Kevin); his son, Stephen Baylor (Malia); and his sister, Barbara Bell.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister, Ellen Baylor.
William spent his career of over thirty years as a member of the Virginia Army National Guard, where he searved as a technician and an inspector.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Spring Hill Presbyterian Church with Pastor Todd Lilly officiating.
Family and friends may visit anytime at their residence.
