Larry Ray Beaty, age 72, passed peacefully on September 3, 2025, on his farm surrounded by his beloved family in Pall Mall, Tennessee.

Larry was survived by his wife of 53 years, Odesia Beaty; daughters Jamie Evans and husband Jody, Tracy Smith and husband Brad, and Kim Pugh and husband Matt; and by his treasured grandchildren and best buddies: Bailey Evans Garrett and husband James, Lyza Smith, Brady Evans, Evann Knotts, Owen Smith, and Clark Pugh. His surviving sisters include Phyllis Roysden, Lyllis Byrd and husband Danny, Cheryl Beaty and Mark, and sister-in-law Carol Beaty. He is also survived by his special nieces Stephanie Tisdale and husband Tyler and Sarah King along with her sons Wyatt, Fletcher, and Harrison Upchurch. Larry was also dearly loved by his parents-in-law, Eulis and Beatrice Evans, and sister-in-law Patricia King and husband Jim.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harley and Fonza Beaty, his brother Doyle Beaty, and brother-in-law Charlie Roysden.

Larry was, above all else, a proud "girl dad." He dedicated his life to the family farming legacy, building upon the work of those who came before him and striving to leave a lasting future for his children and grandchildren. He also served his community faithfully for many years as a paramedic, bringing comfort to countless individuals with his knowledge, compassion, warm smile, and kind spirit.

A lifelong member of Travisville Church, Larry taught his family by example how to love Jesus and serve others. Known for never meeting a stranger, he considered everyone a friend and shared his unmatched sense of humor generously with those around him.

Larry's legacy is one of faith, love, laughter, and service. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.

Graveside services were held Sunday, September 7, 2025 at 1:00 PM from Davidson Cemetery. The burial was in Davidson Cemetery.

Family and friends were pallbearers.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Brown Funeral Chapel.
