Larry J. Boyce

Larry J. Boyce age 85 passed away on December 8, 2023 at his home in Harrisburg, PA he was born March 13, 1938 in Wayne, Nebraska son of the late Collier and Alice Mae (Martin) Boyce.
Larry served our Country Honorably in the US Navy retiring after 20 years of service where he worked as an aviation structural mechanic at various duty stations.
Larry worked in the warehouse industry in management and also worked for Walmart in the customer service department where he really enjoyed interacting with the people he met while working there.
Larry will be remembered by his family as a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and great grandfather and for his love of the US Navy where he served for 20 years, and for his love of his family who enjoyed spending time with them. He also enjoyed doing crossword and Jigsaw puzzles and playing card games especially pinochle. He was a big fan of western movies and watching Hogans Heros on TV.
Larry is survived by his 4 sons Ricky and his wife Sheree Pierce and Ronnie Pierce, David Boyce and his wife Sheena, and Michael Boyce and his wife Kathie. He is also survived by his 2 daughters Kathy Smith and her husband Daniel, and Cindy Ramsey and her husband David. He is also survived by his sister Linda Martindale and her husband Jim, and 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
A Celebration of his Life will be held by his family with Military Honors on Friday December 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Jesse H. Geigle Funeral Home 2100 Linglestown Rd Harrisburg, PA.
