Larry Wade Boyd, born on February 13, 1965, passed away on December 29, 2025. A devoted father and loving son, Larry left an indelible mark on all who had the privilege to know him.
As a heavy equipment operator in the construction business, Larry found joy and purpose in his work. His expertise with big rigs and heavy machinery was matched only by the enthusiasm with which he approached life. To him, the outdoors was a sanctuary—a place where he forged memories that would last a lifetime. Whether he was working on a project under the sun or enjoying a quiet moment surrounded by nature, his passion for the world around him was strong.
Above all else, Larry had a profound love for his children. His daughter, Brooke Seale, along with his three other daughters, were the center of his universe. He poured his heart into each family gathering, always eager to share stories or lend a guiding hand. Larry's legacy of love extends to several grandchildren, who fondly recall the moments spent with their grandfather, knowing they held a special place in his heart.
Larry is survived by his mother, Julia Boyd, whose unwavering support and love shaped him into the man he became. He also leaves behind his brothers, Dean (Christy) and Duane (Katie), along with a niece and two nephews. Each family member cherished their unique relationship with Larry, who brought a sparkle to every occasion, nurturing family bonds with affection and warmth.
He is predeceased by his father, Wade Boyd, who surely welcomed Larry with open arms into the solace of eternity.
As we remember Larry Wade Boyd, we reflect on a life well-lived—a life filled with laughter, love, and a passion for the great outdoors. His spirit will forever resonate in the hearts of those he cherished, and his memory will continue to inspire family and friends to embrace the beauty of life as he so dearly did.
