Larry Conelly Sr.

With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved Larry Conelly Sr. on March 16, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family.
Born on November 11, 1956, to George and Druesella Conelly, Larry was a man of resilience, authenticity, and unwavering love for his family and friends. Raised with strong values, he carried the lessons of hard work, loyalty, and integrity throughout his life. These principles shaped him into someone who gave selflessly to others.
Larry had a presence that filled any room. Known for his honesty, he never hesitated to speak his mind, always with the best intentions. His words, though sometimes direct, were rooted in love and a desire to protect and guide those around him. His wisdom left a lasting impact, and his influence will be felt for years to come.
Beyond his strength, Larry had a quick wit and a sense of humor that could bring laughter even in difficult times. His playful nature reminded those around him that life, no matter its challenges, was always better with a smile.
Above all, Larry's greatest joy was his family. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he was the foundation of his loved ones, offering unwavering support and love. His absence leaves a deep void, but his legacy will live on through the lessons, love, and memories he leaves behind.
Larry is survived by his loving wife, Barbara Conelly; his children, Larry Conelly Jr. (Susan Helenski) of Jacksonville, AR, and their children, Abner and Aveline Conelly, Alex and Robert Robleado; Alex Conelly (Amanda Conelly) of Jacksonville, AR; Samantha Conelly (William Cox) of Austin, AR, and their son, Aydin Conelly; Veronica Cuneo (Lawrence Cuneo) of Jacksonville, AR, and their son, Xander Cuneo; and Billy Dunlap (Hilary Dunlap) of Tulare, CA, and their children, Brandon, Zoey, and Avery Dunlap.
He is also survived by his bonus children, Mitchell Dorough (Amanda Williams) of North Little Rock, AR, and their children, Karson and Kinsley Dorough, and Sophia Williams; Sabrina Massey (William Massey) of Lonoke, AR, and her children, Richard, Hailey, Konar, Travis, Nicholas, and Dylon Jackson; Jimmy Tracy (Sandra Tracy) of Howe, OK, and his daughters, Jasmine and Ashley Tracy; and Jeremiah Goble of Fountain Lake, AR, and Emmanuel Vallier of Jacksonville, AR, whom Larry cherished as sons.
Larry is also survived by countless nieces, nephews, and friends who will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
Larry was preceded in death by his mother and father George and Druesella (Boddie) Conelly, his sisters, Christina Butcher, Shirley Wright, and Anita Joyce Garcia, his brothers, Bobby, Monty, Jimmy, and David Conelly. He is survived by his brother, Don Conelly of Tulare, CA, and his sisters, Carolyn Smithson of Tulare, CA; Judy Riggs of Jacksonville, AR; and Francis Davis of Michigan.
A proud grandfather and great-grandfather, Larry took joy in watching his family grow, knowing his legacy would continue through them.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, March 22, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at 2620 W Main St, Jacksonville, AR 72076, A Natural State Funeral.
As we say goodbye, we take comfort in knowing that those we love never truly leave us - they remain in our hearts, our actions, and the lives they touched.
