Larry Gene Dill, 74, of Billings, Montana, passed away on August 12, 2025, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on June 4, 1951, Larry lived a life defined by service, friendship, and a deep love for the outdoors.

Larry served proudly in the United States Army from 1971 to 1973, carrying the values of dedication and loyalty with him throughout his life. On May 17, 1975, he married Linda Nusz, and together they raised two children, Shannon and Deric.

An avid outdoorsman, Larry found joy in hunting, fishing, and swimming in the Cass River. He shared these passions with many close friends who became more like family over time. Whether in the woods, on the water, or gathered around for good conversation, Larry's warmth and humor drew people in. He also had a love for football, faithfully following the Detroit Lions and the Denver Broncos.

Larry is survived by his son, Deric Dill, and his wife, Brandy; grandchildren, Chanlor Dill, Aaron, Brandon, and Arianna Senkevech, and Quincy and Dezzee Pfister; his former wife, Linda Nusz; and sisters, Cheryle, Mary, Terri, and Geri. He will be deeply missed by many friends and family members, both by blood and by bond.

Larry was preceded in death by his daughter, Shannon; grandparents, Almon & Eleanor Adams; brother, Gary Damm; sister, Karen Dill; and many close friends who welcomed him home with open arms.

A viewing for close friends and family will be held at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A graveside service with military honors will follow at Indianfields Township Cemetery in Caro.

Larry's life was a testament to the value of service, the beauty of friendship, and the importance of cherishing time outdoors. His presence will be forever missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
