Larry Lamar Greeson, 77, of the Nicklesville community, Resaca, Georgia passed away on Monday, October 24, 2023, at his residence following a period of declining health. He was born in Calhoun, Georgia on December 7, 1945, to the late Quinton and Thelma Greeson. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Eldon Greeson. Prior to retirement he was employed by Milton Stewart Properties.
He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Kathy Greeson; daughters and sons-in-law, Rhonda Greeson and Lewis May, Neely and Tomas Motiejunas; sons and daughter in laws; Keith and Lisa Greeson, Mark and Tori Hand; sister, Betty Defoor; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; neices, nephews and other relatives also survive.
The family will receive friends on Friday, October 27, 2023, from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
The funeral service will follow on Friday at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons with Rev. Harold Blackstock officiating.
