Died: December 27, 2025 in Casa Grande, AZ
Larry Wayne Harrah "Moochie", 62, of Casa Grande, Arizona, formerly of Carpentersville and Marengo, Illinois, passed away on Saturday, December 27, 2025, at his Arizona home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 11, 1963, in Chicago, Illinois, the son of the late Billy and Joy (McClanahan) Harrah.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Natalie (Herzog) Harrah; two amazing sons, Mike (Meghan) Harrah and Matt (Shelby) Harrah; and his cherished siblings, Gary (Lori) Harrah, Brenda (Tim) Duffy, Kirby Harrah, Bonnie (Scott) Coltharp, and Marlene (Darren) Malone. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark.
He was also a wonderful and fun-loving uncle to Stephanie Harrah, Tiffany Ordogne, Ashley (John Rodriguez) Harrah, Anna Duffy, Chad Harrah, Derek (Meaghan) Coltharp, Angela (Shelby) Suire, Katie Coltharp, Amanda (Dan) McKenzie, Ryan Malone, Nicole Malone, Hunter (Carolynne) Herzog, and Luke Herzog. He was a special son-in-law to Valerie Herzog and the late Terry Herzog, and a dear brother-in-law to Chris (Kim) Herzog.
Larry was a proud great-uncle to Olivia Ordogne; Clara and Blair Coltharp; Meadow McKenzie; and Cameron Rodriguez. He is also survived by many cousins and a multitude of friends.
Larry was a motorcycle enthusiast and had a passion for drag racing. He loved spending time with his family and friends and was always the first to offer a helping hand. He will be remembered for his zest for life and his quick-witted sense of humor.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 5, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home, 430 E. Roosevelt Road, Wheaton, Illinois. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at East Dundee Township Cemetery in East Dundee.
In lieu of flowers, donations are appreciated to Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago.

My deepest condolences to The family of Larry Harrah, I worked with him for many years at Revcor
..He was a great coworker, trainer and most of all my friend. He liked to make people laugh.So when he was smiling you knew he was up to something . He was a great guy !and it saddens us that he was taken so young. May he ride The trails in Heaven. RIP my friend
