Mr. Larry Lee Dutton, 77, of the Dutton Community in Calhoun, passed away at his residence surrounded by his loving family.
He was born December 14, 1946, in Gordon County, GA, to the late Clinton (Jr.) Dutton and Louise Parker Dutton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ray Dutton, and Robert Dutton; sister, Cheryle Dutton Faulkenberry. Before failing health, he was employed by the city of Adairsville.
Survivors include two daughters, Subrena (Nicky) Smith and Mark Bates; and Rica Renae Mendel and her husband Duke; two sons, Randy Dutton and Robin Bramlette and Larry J. Dutton and his wife Rachael; grandchildren, Brandon Dutton, Chelsey Cochran, Josh Smith, Cody Dutton, Elaina Luallen, Gavin Watkins, Dominik Mendel, and Rylee Mendel; thirteen great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Joan White Dutton, and other relatives also survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Larry Lee Dutton will be conducted Monday, January 29th at 1:00 PM from the chapel of Max Brannon & Sons Funeral Home with Eddie Brannon officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include Michael Davis, Kevin Knight, Joe Mathis, Josh Smith, Cody Dutton and Roger Bailey.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, January 29th, from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour.
