He was born on September 12, 1948, in Steubenville, OH, to Harry and Dorothy Dailey Leyda
Larry graduated from Steubenville Big Red High School in 1966 and worked for many years as a Planner for the Ikea Corporation.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Karen, who sadly passed on September 27, 2025.
Surviving are his brother-in-law, brother, Michael Stoica, Jr. of Chester; nephew, Joshua (Kelly) Stoica; niece, Carrie Stoica Snelling; and several great-nieces and nephews.
Per his wishes, cremation has taken place at Greco-Hertnick Funeral Home Crematory in Weirton. She and her husband will be inurned at Oak Grove Cemetery alongside her parents.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
