Larry Miley Obituary
Larry E. Miley, 82, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, at Menno Haven Rehab Center in Chambersburg, PA. He was born on March 16, 1943, in Chambersburg, PA to the late Crawford A. and Betty (Snyder) Miley.
Larry was employed by the Borough of Chambersburg until his retirement. He was a life member of the Goodwill Fire Company, life member of the Chambersburg Fireman’s Relief Association, and a member of the Chambersburg Fire Police.
He is survived by his son Larry E. Miley, Jr. (Teresa A.) of Chambersburg, PA; granddaughter Katelyn R. Lermineaux; step grandchildren James Rhodes and Amanda Thomas; great grandson Koleson; 8 step great grandchildren; sister Barbara Jane Gardner; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Joanna G. (Miller) Miley, who passed away in 2022, and siblings Richard Miley, Joseph Miley, Mary Ann Hughes, and William Miley.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
