Larry A. Nance, 86 of rural Windfall passed away on Thursday, March 12, 2026 in Kokomo. He was born in Elwood on November 23, 1939 to Fred A. & Georgetta (Jones) Nance. Larry married Connie L. Everest on Christmas Day in 1977 and they were married for 48 years.
Larry worked at Delco Electronics in Kokomo as a Machine Control Designer. He was a member of the Windfall United Methodist Church. He enjoyed square dancing, was a very good wood-worker, and also made pine needle baskets.
Survivors besides his wife Connie include his two children, Christine Wood and husband Phil, Waycross, Georgia, and Lisa Yoder Murdoch and husband Jason of Indianapolis; one daughter-in-law, Karen Chase of Windfall. Larry has seven grandchildren, Kelsey Nance, Morgan (Jacob) Craig, Carly (Matt) Freeman, Jessica Gerlach, Zachary Nance, Ashley Nance and Amber (Lee) Stout.
His great-grandchildren are Kalaya Kovitprakornkul, Jayden Kovitprakornkul, Hadley Craig, Harper Craig, Sophie Freeman, Rylie Freeman, Keria Gerlach, Vander Gerlach, Georgia Gerlach, Nevaeh Nance, Westen Conwell, Ryker Conwell, Christian Stout, Seth Stout, Dalton Stout and Taylor Stout.
He was preceded in death by one son, Duane Nance and one great-grandchild, Gavin Gerlach.
