A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on August 14 at Bethel Assembly of God Church. A private inurnment service will take place at Highland Cemetery in Okemah, Oklahoma, with a date to be determined.
Larry attended Excelsior High School.
He was employed at National Cash Register.
Larry served in the Army.

I had the privilege of meeting Larry Richard Payne several years ago. He was a very sweet man and his loss will be felt by his family and friends. May his family know no further tragedy. God bless his soul and give his family strength.
