Larry Edward Pellum

Larry Edward Pellum, 77, of Indianapolis, passed away Saturday, March 29th, 2025. He was born October 26th, 1947 in Indianapolis to his parents Boyd Reeves and Wilma Lorine (Duncan) Pellum.
Larry is survived by his daughter, Tamara Pellum of Martinsville; granddaughter, Taylor Howard of Martinsville; and one sister, Marsha Pellum of Fishers.
Larry is preceded by both of his parents and his sister, Donna Pellum.
Larry was proud to be a graduate of Decatur Central High School, finishing in 1965. He spent an impressive 16 years as the Recording Secretary for the Decatur Township Alumni Association, where he cherished staying connected with fellow alumni. Over the years, Larry took on a variety of roles, from being a communications officer with the Indiana State Police Department to representing Nutone as a factory rep. He also enjoyed being the manager and a computer sales representative at Radio Shack, where he loved helping customers find the right tech for their needs.
In his spare time, Larry enjoyed antique cars and was an avid auto racing fan, always excited about the latest races. He also had a passion for exploring his family's genealogy, tracing their history and stories. Most importantly, Larry loved spending quality time with his family, creating memories together that he treasured dearly.
Family and friends may show their love and support from 11 am to 1 pm on Monday, April 7th at Jones Family Funeral and Cremation Service in Mooresville. Larry will be buried at West Newton Cemetery during a private graveside service. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Jones Family Funeral and Cremation Service in Mooresville.
