It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Bobby D. "Bob" Bingham, age 50, who departed this life on January 28, 2026, at his home in Franklin, Indiana. Bob was born on July 30, 1975, in Indianapolis, to Robert D. and Mary A. (Hebenstreit) Bingham, who lovingly raised him in a close-knit family.
Bob will be remembered with fondness by all who had the privilege of knowing him. A graduate of Carmel High School, he attended Good Shepherd Baptist Church in Mooresville and was previously a member Zion Baptist Church. Bob had a passion for life that radiated through his loving nature and his infectious smile, brightening the days of those around him.
An avid animal lover, Bob dedicated fifteen years of his life volunteering at the children's museum, where he delighted in interacting with young minds. His enthusiasm for sports shone brightly through his unwavering support for the Indianapolis Colts and Pacers, and he enjoyed the exhilarating tradition of the Indy 500 as well.
Bob cherished family moments spent at Lake Monroe, reveling in boating adventures and creating lasting memories. He delighted in road trips, visiting hotels, and finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. He found peace and solace in worship, where he enjoyed listening to uplifting music.
Bob is survived by his devoted parents, Robert D. and Mary A. Bingham; his beloved brother, Jeremiah Bingham (wife, Heather) of Mooresville; and his loving sister, Jennifer Samuels of Camby. He was a cherished uncle to his niece, Jasmine Sichting; nephews, Kaiden Samuels, Mason Samuels, and Isaac Foulke; and great nieces, Oakleigh Sichting and Blaire Sichting. He leaves behind a warm legacy of love and kindness to many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Bob was preceded in death by his grandparents, who he held dearly in his heart.
In honoring Bob's life, a visitation will be held on February 3, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Baptist Church in Mooresville. The funeral service will commence at 1:00 p.m., allowing friends and family to gather in celebration of his life. A graveside service will follow at White Lick Cemetery in Mooresville, where Bob will be laid to rest.
Bobby D. "Bob" Bingham will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the memories he created and the love he shared with so many. Forever in the hands of Jesus.
