Larry W. Pollock, departed this life on Monday, February 24th, 2025, at Inspira Hospital, Vineland, NJ. Born in Bridgeton, NJ, Larry was a beloved member of the community and a cherished family man.
Larry dedicated his career to masonry, owning and operating C. Pollock Masonry in Millville, NJ, and was also a proud member of BAC Local 5 in Bordentown, NJ. His craftsmanship and dedication to his work were admired by many.
Larry is survived by his loving companion, Carrie Huff of Millville, NJ, and his devoted mother, Helen "Joyce" Pollock. He leaves behind a legacy through his children: Briand, Tyler, Brittainy, Shane (Amber), Larry Jr., Donovan, and Chase. His memory will also be cherished by his grandchildren: Kaydence, Mason, Graylin, Barrett, Grayson, Avery, and Weston.
He is also survived by his siblings: Kimberly Corrigan, Dan Pollock (Angie), and Kathleen Gandy (Harry), as well as 18 nieces and nephews, and 22 great nieces and nephews. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Harry S. Pollock, and brothers Harry and Timothy Pollock.
Larry was an active blackjack player at Caesars Casino and found joy in crabbing with his children and grandchildren. He loved family barbecues and was an avid pool player, representing 3rd Ward Tavern and The Watering Hole. A devoted Philadelphia Eagles fan, Larry's enthusiasm for life and sports was infectious.
Cremation will be held privately. A visitation will be held at Christy Funeral Home in Millville, NJ, on Sunday, March 2nd, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 pm. There will be a livestream of the memorial service, which can be viewed using this link: Livestream Service. Friends and family are invited to share their memories of Larry and offer condolences on the tribute wall.
