Publish in a newspaper

Nancy Ann Pollock, 79, of Sturgeon Bay passed away early Friday morning, September 5, 2025 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.

She was born July 14, 1946 in Sturgeon Bay, the daughter of the late James and Alice (Huens) Marth. Nancy graduated from Sturgeon Bay High School in 1964. On March 6, 1982 she married Kenneth J. Pollock in Sturgeon Bay. Nancy was a familiar face to many in town as she was in restaurant management at Pudgy Seagull for 21 years, and prior to that at the Y Inn for Bob Van Duyse, and the Captains Inn for Don Haase and Dick Greaves. She also worked at the Pilot House (at the old Andre's), Harbor Inn, and Country Kitchen for 11 years.

Nancy was a member of St. Joseph Parish in Sturgeon Bay and volunteered at the Senior Center. She loved babysitting many years for her grandchildren whenever asked, and for others when needed. On sunny days, she enjoyed perch fishing with Ken, and evenings playing atomic bingo wherever the game was being held.

Nancy will be missed by her husband, Ken; five children, Pam (Darren) Whipp of Victoria, MN, Kimberly (Mark) Kramer of Sturgeon Bay, Dale (Jennifer) of Sturgeon Bay, Kristin (Rein) of Tucson, AZ, John (Roni) Zastrow of Luxemburg, WI; sister, Sharon Stewart of Sturgeon Bay; two brothers, Richard Marth of Sturgeon Bay, Stacy (Roxanne) Marth of Sturgeon Bay; and six grandchildren, Paige, Charlie, James, Easton, Jamison, and Liam.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Pam Marth; and three brothers, Don Frey, Rocky Marth and Charles Marth.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be prayed at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday September 11, 2025 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 110 N. 5th Avenue, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 with Fr. Matthew Rappl as celebrant. Nancy will be laid to rest in St. Joseph Cemetery in the Town of Sevastopol.

Visitation for family and friends will be held after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at Huehns Funeral Home, 1414 Michigan Street, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235 with a parish wake service to conclude the evening at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will continue at the church on Thursday from 9:30 a.m. until 10:40 a.m.
