Wally retired from Crown in 2022. He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, V.F.W. Post #210, American Legion Post #5713, Eagles Post #1291, and he was a past Governor of the Celina Moose Lodge. Attending races at Eldora and dirt races were his passion. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, Indy 500, Ohio State Football, the Bengals and attending concerts.
A Memorial Prayer Service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, July 31, 2023 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home with, Fr. Prashanth Bandanadaham officiating. A gathering will be held an hour before services from 9:30 A.M. until 10:30 A.M. on Monday at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home. In honor of Wally, all attendees are invited to dress casual, in your favorite racing/sports attire. Memorial contributions may be made out to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN, 38105-9959. Condolences may be shared with the Post family online at LehmanDzendzelFH.com.
