Known for his smooth moves on the dance floor, Larry fancied himself the best two stepper in Kansas City. His passion for life was matched only by his love for his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Aisha Brown; granddaughter, Tkeyah Brown; and great-granddaughter, Reign Heim; who brought immense joy to his life. Naurice Brown his dear friend and the mother of his child was also a significant presence in his life. His cousins, Dwight Pridgeon; and Joseph Pridgeon (Joe Jr.); held a special place in his heart.
Preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Willie Ervin; Larry leaves behind cherished memories of his unique personality and flair. Friends; and family will remember him for his infectious laughter, love of music, and devotion to those closest to him.
Visitation Only will be held on Saturday June 21, 2025, from 2-4:00 p.m. at Watkins Heritage Chapel 4000 Emanuel Cleaver II Blvd. KCMO 64130. Private Disposition. My dear friend bop Larry I was so sad to hear of your passing. We will join at the hips as kids in the old neighborhood in Arkansas. We ate together we ran together our parents and grandparents kept us together and you and I were the best of friends along with Michael Ray Robert Fawcett. Period.
We did a lot of things we learned a lot of things
I was glad one fall night about five years ago. We reconnected through social media and we began to talk on the phone.
At that time you´ll beloved Kansas City Chiefs were taking over the NFL we talked about it on many occasions my Green Bay Packers wasn´t that bad but we were when the Super Bowl.
We never got a chance to meet up at we´re playing because life got in the way the last few years but I want you to know that I love you as a kid as a brother and our time on the phone brought back those good memories. Rest on dear brother.
