Obituary of Larry L. Pugh
Frankfort – Larry L. Pugh, 66, husband of Diane Owens Pugh, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022. He was born in Scottsburg, IN on October 4, 1955 to the late Rev. Lewis Daniel Sr. and Mallie Stubblefield Pugh. Larry was the former owner of Hairstyles by Larry, co owner of Elle Salon and he was associated with John Amico Professional Hair Care. He was a member of New Life Church in Frankfort, and he sang on the New Life Worship Team. Larry's passion was artwork and singing.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his daughters, Aundrea Dione Pugh (Brad) Stiles, and Melony Chessie Danielle Pugh (Dustin) Otto; his siblings, Marvin (Karen) Pugh, Joyce (Shaw) Bussey, Patricia (Benny) Moore, James (Judy) Pugh, and John (Sandra) Pugh; his grandchildren, Larz Jacob (Jenel) Hall, Selena Chelesalynn Stiles, Aaliyah Nichole Stiles, Abram Noah Lampkin, Sawyer Gabriel Lampkin, and Isabella Annalee Otto; and his great grandchildren, Layla Blaze White, Layton Charles Allen Hall, Ryker Larry Jacob Hall, Presley Marie Rae Lynn Hall, Ember Monroe Rebel Rose Hall, Mateo Brycon Stiles, and Aspyn Drelynn Stiles.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Nancy (Bobby) Martin, Lewis Pugh, Claude (Teresa) Pugh, and Teddy Lee Pugh.
Funeral Service will be held at 12:30pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at New Life Church in Frankfort. Prior to the service, a visitation will be held from 11:30 until 12:30pm on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at New Life Church in Frankfort. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Abram Lampkin, Sawyer Lampkin, Aaliyah Stiles, Selena Stiles, Brad Stiles, Mike Green, Devin Green, Ricky Owens, and Dustin Otto. Honorary casketbearers will be Larz Jacob Hall, Josh Lampkin, Sonny Collins, James Inman, Mateo Stiles, Ryker Hall, Layton Hall, Layla White, Isabella Otto, Aspyn Stiles, Presley Hall, and Ember Hall. Visitation will be held from 4:00pm until 8:00pm on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at New Life Church in Frankfort.
