Obituary published on Legacy.com by Ralph Robinson & Son Funeral Directors on Oct. 1, 2025.
Larry Raymick, 77, passed away peacefully at home on September 20, 2025.
Born on November 15, 1947, he was a beloved husband, father, brother, grandfather & great-grandfather.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents, James Dorsie Raymick and Alice Vanita "Neat" Raymick.
He is survived by his loving wife, Susan Watson Raymick; a daughter, Angela Raymick Talley (Darren); a son, Thomas Raymick; sisters, Gail Braswell and Regina Smith; a brother, Rusty Raymick; six grandchildren, Daniel Talley (Sydney), Hannah De La O (Matt), Laurel Talley, Katie Treat (Daniel), Brooke Raymick (DJ) and Allison Ray (Hayden); and nine great-grandchildren.
Larry had a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in hunting and fishing, especially along the Saline River, where he spent countless hours. He was also a passionate fan of Razorback Baseball and rarely missed a game on the radio.
Throughout his life, Larry faced many personal and health issues, these struggles shaped much of his story and at times created distance in relationships that truly mattered the most to him. His journey was not an easy one, but it was uniquely his own. Though it was difficult for him to express, he loved his family and his God.
In his last days he found peace in a renewal of faith demonstrated through the small heartfelt gestures of his great-grandchildren. Through their hugs and encouraging words he was reminded that love and forgiveness could still reach him even after all he had been through. This led to a rediscovery of faith and renewed connection with God.
One of the greatest constants in his life was his wife, Susan. Married for nearly 60 years, Susan stood by his side through it all, not only as a partner, but as a tireless caregiver through many difficult seasons. Her loyalty, patience and strength were a testament to the power of unconditional love, and her presence gave Larry the stability he often struggled to find elsewhere. She walked with him through the darkest valleys and remained a source of light when he needed it most.
Those who loved him will remember him in a mixture of sorrow, compassion and gratitude for glimpses of grace that marked his final chapter.
We give glory to God for His unending grace, His mercy that redeems broken lives and His steadfast love that never fails, even in our darkest moments. May Larry now rest in the eternal peace of the one who makes all things new.
