Larry Ritter

Larry Ritter age 72 of Amboy passed away on Wednesday Sep. 3, 2025 at his home. He was born on July 21, 1953 in Woodstock, IL the son of Elmer and Gladys (Stading) Ritter. Larry was a tool and die maker at Eylet Products, and a manager at Stop n Go stores in northern Illinois. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Larry married Rhonda Kay Arnold on Sept. 8, 1973. She preceded in death on Feb. 4, 2024. He is also preceded in death by his son Andrew Ritter, his parents, and sister Judy Dugan. Larry is survived by his children Joseph Ritter of Amboy, Nicholas Ritter of Amboy, one grand daughter Mandi Ritter, two sisters Sandy (Ron) Nickels of Woodstock, and Cindy "Ritter" Filler of Grand Forks North Dakota. Cremation rites have been accorded with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
