Larry Wayne Roberts, age 70 of Billstown, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at his home. He was born in Redwing, Minnesota on August 25, 1954 to the late Ernest Wayne Roberts and Peggy Jean Johnson Roberts.
Mr. Roberts was a member of the Delight Church of Christ. He was also a member of Operating Engineers Local 624. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing basketball. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Vickey Roberts.
Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-two years, Mary Lou Bell Roberts; two daughters, Cindy (Joe) Vansickle and Terrie Stone; six grandchildren, Eden (Andrew) Henderson, Alahna (Trent) O’Connell, Dylan (Addison) Hill, Taylor Vansickle, Shane Vansickle and Atty Vansickle; four great-grandchildren, Rylee O’Connell, Clyde Henderson, Bowen Hill and pending Maggie Grace Henderson; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at the Delight Church of Christ.
Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at the Delight Church of Christ. Interment will follow in Delight Cemetery, under the direction of Latimer Funeral Home of Murfreesboro.
