Newcomer Funeral Home - Green BayLarry James Schultz, 77, of Little Suamico, passed away peacefully at home on March 29, 2026.
Larry was born on June 14, 1948, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to Elmer A. and Rose (Kozlowski) Schultz. He grew up in Abrams and graduated from Oconto Falls High School in 1966.
On June 7, 1970, Larry married Betty Ann Ebert. Together they built a life centered on love, hard work, and family.
Larry worked throughout his life as an iron worker, machinist, and mechanic. He so enjoyed his beef cattle and alpacas. He was a hardworking man who took pride in what he did and in the life he built with his family.
Larry is survived by his loving wife, Betty; his children and grandchildren, Jennifer (Josh) Thompson of Abrams and their children, Kylie and Kaden; Ryan (Julie) Schultz of Abrams and their son, Brandon; and Aaron (Emily) Schultz of Horicon and their children, Harper, Sawyer, and Hattie Zillmer. He is also survived by his brother, David (Betty) Schultz of Sobieski; his sister, Darlene (Dan) Busch of Suamico; his sister-in-law, Sharon Schultz of Little Suamico; his brother-in-law, Charlie Ebert of Bellingham, Washington; along with many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Rose Schultz; his brothers, Roger Schultz and Gerald Schultz; and his parents-in-law, Leonard and Rosella Ebert.
A time for family and friends to visit and celebrate the life of Larry will will be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 1 PM until 4 PM at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, Receptions, 340 S. Monroe Ave., Green Bay, Wisconsin, 54301.
The family would like to extend their sincere thanks to Emplify Health, St. Vincent Hospital, and Unity Hospice for the wonderful care Larry received.
