Publish in a newspaper

Larry Nelson Shadwick, Jr., age 50, of Sikeston, Mo., was born July 27, 1975, and died October 3, 2025.

Surviving is his mother, Barbara Jean Shadwick; his children, Nelson Blake Shadwick and Bridger Lee Shadwick; his loving companion, Leslie Copeland; his brothers, Jimmy Shadwick, Jeremy Shadwick and Michael Shadwick; sister in law, Rebecca Shadwick; many uncles and aunts, including, Bobby, Steven, Michelle, Rebecca, Sidney and Darlene. Also, a number of cousins.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Nelson Shadwick, Sr., and his uncle, John.

Larry liked just about anything outdoors. He could do just about every craft and loved working with his hands. He was always the center of attention and was known as crazy Larry because you never knew what he would do or say next.

He was the oldest of all the children and when they were little, they all used to wrestle. Larry and Jeremy were partners against Jimmy and Micheal.

He will be missed by all who loved and knew him.

Family and friends may assemble for a celebration of life, Friday, October 10, 2025, at the Big Prairie Jaycee Club in Matthews, Missouri.

Online condolences may be shared at www.mcmiklefuneralhome.com.
