Larry Shepherd Obituary
The family of Larry Blaine Shepherd of Taylorsville is saddened to announce his passing on January 3, 2023, at age 73.
Larry will be lovingly remembered by his wife of over 29 years, Dottie; son, Shaun Shepherd; daughter, Kristin Decker; sisters, Loreen Shepherd, and Lynette (Keith) Brower; stepdaughter, Sharon Gangloff; stepson, Larry (Kim) Gangloff; and all his grandchildren. He will also be missed by his friends.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Blain Andrew Shepherd; his mother, Elaine Maurine Brewer Shepherd; and sister, Vickie Shepherd.
Larry was a man of many passions including baseball, hunting, fishing, NASCAR, and loved his John Wayne movies.
A private service will be held at the family's request.
We would sincerely love to thank Dignity Hospice for their care and kindness; especially Mary, Melissa, and Danielle. We also want to thank the staff of McDougal Funeral Home for the caring way they took care of Larry and our family.
