Larry Dean Shouse, 79, of Halfway, Missouri, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 24, 2025.
He was born on Saturday, January 5, 1946, in Springfield, Missouri to Clement J.C. and Dorothy Mae Shouse. He married Nancy Lumley in 1964 and they had three daughters. Larry loved building and driving Hot Rods, going to car shows, hunting, fishing, engineering things and spending time with family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Clement and Dorothy Shouse and sister, Peggy Peck.
Larry is survived by his three daughters, Denna Baker and husband, Bill, Jennifer Hoover and husband, James and Christy LeJeune and husband, Keith; seven grandchildren, Kimberly Ferrell and husband, Brandon, Joshua Hoover and wife, Casey, Alisha Pearson and husband, Adam, Brandi Huff and husband, Brody, Casey Davis and husband, Chase, Dory Baker and Rowden LeJeune; ten great-grandchildren; long time friend, Mary O'Neal and her family, as well as a host of family and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at 10 am in the Klingner-Cope Funeral Home at White Chapel, 5234 W. State Highway EE Springfield, Missouri with pastor Brandon Mankey officiating.
