Departed this life on December 30, 2024. Larry General Smith Sr., age 68, of Richmond. He is survived by his wife, Lilly Smith; two sons, Larry General Smith Jr. (Marquetta) and Marcus Smith; three stepchildren, Mumzie Franklin, Tarkiyah Eppes and Damon Eppes (Aiesha); three grandchildren, Lennon Franklin, and Lakiyah & Kyree Smith; two sisters, Karen Harris and Barbara Smith; two aunts; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; two sisters- in- law, Ella Prior and Rosalind Zimmerman; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue, where Mr. Smith can be viewed on Monday, January 6, 2025, from 10:00am to 8:00pm, and where funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, January 7, 2025. Interment, private. Family and friends assemble at the funeral home at 10:45am on Tuesday.
