I knew & became friends with Larry during the longest year of our lives - August 1969 - 1970 , in Vietnam. We were in the same rifle squad with the 101st Airborne Division. He was our M-60 Machine gunner!!! By the grace of God, we reconnected many years later, and were able to attend reunions & stay caught up.. Prayers go out to the family & friends of Larry. RIP my brother!!!!!! Ben Currin Mt Airy, NC
