Larry Trobaugh, a cherished husband, father, grandfather, and soon-to-be great-grandfather, passed away peacefully on September 14, 2025, in Scipio, Indiana, at the age of 69. Born on February 14, 1956, the son of Dillard and Mary Annadell Bailey Trobaugh in Columbus, Indiana, Larry's life was a testament to his passion for family, music, and the joy of hands-on work. After dedicating over three decades of his life as a lab tech at Arvins and Faurecia. His retirement was a celebration of his commitment to his profession. Larry's love and talent for working on cars extended to him embracing anything that was loud and proud. His hands were skilled, and his knowledge was vast, making him the go-to person for anyone in need of car advice or help. Music was another of Larry's great loves. As the lead guitar player for the family band, The Trobaugh's, and later playing for Sound Check. He brought joy to many with his musical talents. Larry's passion for music was infectious, and he was happiest when sharing it with others. Larry's adventurous spirit shone through in his love for boating and water skiing. He was often seen on the water. His laughter and encouragement were the backdrop of many cherished family memories. Above all, Larry was a family man. His love for his wife was unwavering, and his role as a father and grandfather was filled with pride and joy. With the anticipated arrival of little Miss Raelynn, Larry's legacy was set to continue with the addition of a great-grandchild to the family he adored.
