Larry B. Veelle, 85, of Salem, passed away in his home with family by his side.

Larry started working for his dad logging using horse teams, he continued logging until he was injured in 1992. He loved hunting, fishing, and participating in timber festivals. He will be remembered for his memorable giggle and big smile that reflected kindness, humor, and warmth. He found joy in simple things such as being with his family, sharing stories and reminiscing about the past.

Larry is survived by his wife Pamela of 29 years; daughter, Lorry (Trent) Clinkscales; stepchildren Sean (Chelsie) Molyneaux, Jon Molyneaux; Robyn Marlow, Matthew (June) Marlow, Sabrina Luttrell, Anthony (Melinda) Rose, Salina (Abraham) Hatanpaa; brothers, Clifford (Mary), Melvin (Mary Ann); sisters, Gloria (William) Wilcox, Mabel Smith, many step grandchildren and second wife Sharon. He was preceded by siblings, Emma Goddard, Raymond, Emil, Elmer, George, Albert, Robert, grandson Michael Libro, & former first wife Donna Henry.

There will be a Celebration of Life on October 25th, 2025, from 1pm-5pm at Trent & Lorry Clinkscales' home. This will be a potluck, please bring your favorite dish.
