Larry F. Voegeli

Age 81, of Monroe, died on Sunday, August 17, 2025 at Pleasant View Nursing Home. Larry was born on November 6, 1943 in Monroe, the son of Raymond and Gertrude (Rufener) Voegeli. He attended Monroe schools and married Ann Hasler in 1967. Larry worked for Kelly- Springfield Tires in Freeport for 35 years until retiring.

Larry enjoyed throwing horseshoes at the Monroe Moose Lodge, cutting wood, playing softball, had a love for dogs, and was a Packer and Brewer fan. He loved trips to the lake and would always give fishing updates. Larry took joy in sharing the bounty of his garden with friends and family. In his younger years, he served in the Wisconsin National Guard. Above all, he had a love for family and a passion to care for his kids, grandkids, and especially his mother.

He will be deeply missed by his four children, Jeremy, Toni, Jesse (Sarah), and Justin; his mother, Gertrude; grandchildren, Kristina, Ty, Tre, Jevon, Taylor, Garret, Owen; and great granddaughter, Evie. He is further survived by four brothers, Robert (Beth Wilde), Gary (Sandy), Randy, Rick (Cindy); sister, Debra; many nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Karen Field. He was preceded in death by his father, Raymond; sister-in-law, Carolyn Voegeli; and a niece, Kimberly Voegeli.

A celebration of Larry's life will be held on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Koning Maple Lane Event Center, N3051 Highway 81, Monroe. The family will share stories and memories at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established. The Newcomer Funeral Home, Monroe, is assisting the family.
