Larry Dan Watts, being a General in the faith, was escorted into Heaven by angels and his personal Honor Guard, on Monday, January 25, 2022, where Jesus and his parents, Floyd Charles Henry Watts and Grace Elizabeth Ricks Watts, greeted him with great joy. He is preceded in death by his sisters, Pearl and Charlene and brothers, Elmer, Orvan, Harmon and Delton. Larry was born October 13, 1942 in Stanford, Texas. He was 79 years old.

He married the love of his life, Beatrice "Bea" McCullar Watts, on November 6, 1962, celebrating 59 years together. Bea called him her eternal pillow.

The call of God was on his life at the early age of 16. He went on to be a Pastor, Evangelist, Prophet and Apostle. After becoming an ordained minister, he, along with Bea, Pastored Friona Assembly of God, Hobbs Assembly of God, Old River Assembly of God, Canadian Assembly of God, Abundant Life Church on the Rock and Freedom Worship Church on the Rock. He led Branches of Gold ministry at Bastrop Christian Outreach Center for 6 years. After moving to New Braunfels four years ago, they became members of Legacy Church. For the past 5 years and currently, together, they are serving on the Pastoral Ministry team at The Lighthouse Church in Baytown, Texas with Pastors Denny and Tammy Wells.

He has left an everlasting legacy of selfless love, sweet kindness and overflowing laughter and joy. As well as being Holy Spirit led to help those needing salvation, healing, wisdom and direction.

His legacy will continue on with his children, Deborah Elizabeth Knapp, husband Kevin Knapp, Larry Dan Watts, wife Jada, Melissa Watts, grandchildren, Johnathan Wayne, James Thompson, Brandan Knapp, wife Rachael, Michael Colley, Melissa Knapp Roberson, husband Hudson, Bailey Ducroz, Brittney Ducroz, Colton Watts, wife Megan and great grandchildren, Jameson Knapp, Amelia Knapp, Lucian Watts, Stevie Ducroz and the newest coming in March, Silas Watts.

As a family, we feel his greatest accomplishment was winning souls, Pastoring with the greatest of care and blessing, leading and loving his family with strength and wisdom.

His life scripture was 2 Timothy 1:7 - "God has not given us a Spirit of Fear, but of power, love and a sound mind!"

His children and family adored him and always felt complete love from him. He was a wonderful father to his children, his children in love and a figure of strength, comfort and love to all who met him. We would like to express our eternal gratitude for all prayers, calls, visits and many blessings from everyone during this time.

Thank you for being here today. We love you all.
