Larry Lee White, age 59, of Pine Mountain, GA, passed away Sunday, February 1, 2026, at Wellstar West Georgia Hospice in LaGrange, GA.

Larry was born December 2, 1966, in Fort Benning, GA, the son of James Willie White and Hazel Fletcher White. He was raised in West Point, GA, and attended Troup County High School in LaGrange. For as long as he was able, Larry worked consistently in the construction business throughout the Auburn-Opelika area as well as the west Georgia area. He was a long-time member of Gray Hill Baptist Church in West Point, but most recently had been faithfully attending Living Hope Church in Pine Mountain. Larry was a kind and considerate soul. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and gardening and was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Brian Anthony Antley and a brother, James Eugene "Skip" White.

He is survived by his wife of thirty-five years, Tammy White of Pine Mountain, GA; three children: Madelynn White of Pine Mountain, Scott White of North Carolina and Allison Wersal of Virginia; grandchildren: Adelynn Hazelee White, Asher Brian White, Emma Wersal, and Brianna Antley; two sisters, Denise Cox (Mike), and Sandy Carlton (Howard) of West Point; a brother, Tim White of Auburn, AL; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday February 7, 2026 at Gray Hill Baptist Church, 3285 Bartley Road, West Point, GA 31833.

Cox Funeral Home - Hamilton, is assisting the family with arrangements.

Tammy and family, I´m so sorry to hear of Larry´s passing . Thankful he is no longer suffering and that you have the hope of heaven. Prayers for peace , strength and comfort for all of you in the days ahead .
