Larry was born October 22, 1947, in Harnett County. He was a graduate of Boone Trail High School. Larry worked in the oil industry in LA most of his life.
He was preceded in death by his father, Virgil Womble; son, Keith Womble; and sister, Joyce Womble Camping;
Larry is survived by his mother, Ethel W. Baker; son, Virgil Womble; brother, Ronnie Womble; and grandson, Josh Womble.
A graveside service will be held 10 am Monday, July 8, 2024 at Westview Cemetery, 2264 US 421 N., Lillington, NC 27546 with Dr. Ken Dalton officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
