Ms. LaSandra Jouetia Winn of Panama City, FL, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606 with Bishop Rodney Crecy. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.
On July 20, 1968, the sun rose, bringing with it a new day and a new life in the form of a baby. LaSandra Jouetia Winn was born at Tyndall Air Force Base, Panama City, FL, to the union of George and Henri Mae Winn.
LaSandra was known to be a loving person. She always had a smile on her face and a deep concern for others. She was educated in the Hillsborough County Public School system and graduated from Robinson High School.
Talented and passionate, LaSandra began her career at Burger King at an early age and was devoted to her work. She was taught the word of God and was a member of College Hill Church of God in Christ.
One of LaSandra's favorite hobbies was watching football, and her favorite team was the New Orleans Saints.
She is preceded in death by her father, George Winn, and her brother, Broderick Raynard Winn.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory: her beloved mother, Henri Mae Winn; her nephew, Rayvon Winn; her niece, Rain'esha; her sister-in-law, Shenita Winn; her special aunt, Gwendolyn Johnson; her special uncle, Lionell Cummings; Tomekia Cummings; Min. Terrell Johnson (Cynja) and a host of cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held at Ray Williams Funeral Home on Friday, June 20, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606.
