Lashonda Rae Taylor

Lashaunda Rae Taylor, age 52, of McKenzie, passed away Sunday, June 8, 2025 in McKenzie. She was born on September 9, 1973, in Henderson County, to the late Billy and Linda Taylor. Ms. Taylor worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant for several years. Ms. Taylor was a member of Saint Paul Missionary Baptist Church in Huntingdon. Ms. Taylor was survived by two sons; Da'lon Boyd of McKenzie, and Austin Taylor of Obion County. One brother; Michael Taylor of McKenzie. Two sisters; Theresa Upchurch and husband Rufus of McKenzie, and Shamira Haynes of McKenzie. Ms. Taylor also has two grandchildren. There will be a memorial gathering for Ms. Taylor at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral home Friday, June 20, 2025 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.
