Laura Christine Carrozza, 61, of
Navarre, FL tragically passed away on March 5, 2026. Laura will be remembered for her kind spirit, contagious laugh, and the cheerfulness she filled every room with. She was deeply loved by her family and friends and leaves a hole that will never be filled in their lives.
Laura was born in
Lancaster, PA on May 27, 1964. She was raised alongside her 3 brothers, and the family moved to
Blairsville, PA in 1979 where she graduated from Derry High School in 1982. She continued her education and received a degree from Westmoreland County Community College, building a successful career in corporate procurement. Laura was a deeply valued member of her team.
Laura met Roger in
Blairsville, PA and built a beautiful life together, raising four wonderful children before getting married in 2003. After raising their family in Blairsville, Laura and Roger moved to
Navarre, FL in 2021 with their dog Tuco, and embraced the sunshine and leisurely pace of life. They enjoyed taking their boat out on the ocean, going to the beach, and most of all, having family and friends visit.
Laura was the heart of her family, a devoted mother to Kristi, Ethan, Jarod, and Haley, her proudest accomplishments in life. She was caring, supportive, and patient, always providing the best advice or just a listening ear when needed. A renowned cook, Laura showed her love in her wonderful food and like any Italian mother, made plenty to go around! Laura loved being a grandma and was always happy to be on babysitting duty and spend time with her babies.
Laura is survived by her husband and partner of 40 years, Roger Dick; her mother, Judith Carrozza; her children, daughter Kristi (Lee), son Ethan (Makenzie), son Jarod, and daughter Haley; her four grandchildren, Skylar, Shelby, Hank, and William; her great-grandchild, Athena; her three brothers, Greg (Imelda), Mike (Charlotte), and Kevin; nephew Corey (Sammi); and niece Sarah (Alex).
She was predeceased by her father, Henry Carrozza.
Laura will be dearly missed by everyone who had the privilege of spending time with her over the years.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Lewis Funeral Home Navarre Chapel, 7794 Navarre Parkway,
Navarre, Florida 32566, with visitation from 5:00-6:00 p.m. and the service at 6:00 p.m.
